About Me

Hi! I hope you are enjoying using this site! I am currently teaching at the University of California, Santa Barbara while I am completing my philosophy PhD. I have always loved simple, clear, and careful thinking to solve some puzzle or brain teaser. Doing this with important and meaningful questions has lead me into the field of philosophy. Wanting to see definitive and unarguable fruits of this process has lead me to coding. This project has been a fun, and hopefully useful, way to combine these two interests.

When I am not teaching or studying philosophy, I enjoy a range of activities that keep me energized and inspired. These include playing board games, socializing with friends, gardening, kayaking, listening to music, coding, learning new things, and spending quality time with my dog.
